Our inspection fees are based on the square footage of the property, its age, and any additional services like radon or mold testing.
How long does an inspection take?
Every home is unique but each inspection takes between 2-3 hours to complete once we start.

Should I be present?
We highly recommend attending at least the last 30 minutes of the inspection so we can walk through significant findings with you in person.

When will I get the report?
We deliver a detailed digital report with professional photos and recommendations within 24 hours of the inspection completion.
Should new build homes be inspected?
All home should be inspected and new builds are no different. We have found more significant finding inside new construction than in older homes. This is generally due to the turn over demand within the construction time lines.
